Dynamis Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Financial Analyst with an active TS/SCI (ability to pass a poly) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis, audit remediation and operational sustainment support within the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Executing the day-to-day accounting and audit activities of the engagement and conducting fieldwork daily.
  • Gathering audit related data.
  • Applying innovative methodologies that support an audit.
  • Perform federal financial reporting, general ledger analysis, and serve as an audit liaison.
  • Assist with the remediation of any identified issues during the audit process.
  • Identify and implement financial process improvements through automation.
  • Document and test internal controls over financial reporting or improper payments in accordance with FMFIA, PIIA, and OMB Circular A-123.
  • Determine the value of capital assets.
  • Provide financial analysis and support to management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Federal Financial Reporting.
  • Financial Process Improvement through Automation.

Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or other related field required.
  • Active TS/SCI with ability to pass a Polygraph required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of accounting and auditing experience or financial management.
  • Experience working on financial statement audits.
  • 2 years of experience working with Federal Government and/or DoD clients preferred.
  • CPA, CIA, CFE, CGFM, or CDFM Certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Momentum a plus.
