Job Description

We are looking for a Reservations Agent fluent in Italian to handle bookings and deliver top-tier customer service to Italian-speaking guests. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Assist guests with booking, modifying, or canceling reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all reservations are correctly recorded in the system.
• Optimize room availability and occupancy using effective yield management strategies.
• Provide personalized support to Italian-speaking guests, addressing inquiries, special requests, and concerns professionally.

Requirements:

• Fluent Italian (C2) and strong English (C1) communication skills.
• Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail.
• Comfortable using reservation systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shift schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
