Short Description0-2 years’ work-related experience required with front-end registration and scheduling workflows
Workflow Experience with Epic Registration, Scheduling, and/or Referrals & Authorizations workflows
Healthcare experience in hospital, medical practice, or health system preferred
Education RequirementsBachelors degree preferred
1-2 years relevant clinical, certification, and/or technical experience will be considered in lieu of degree
Information Technology/Systems, Healthcare preferred
• Must haves:
o Attend Cooper training classes to learn operational workflows.
o Attend vendor specific required classes and successfully complete to acquire certifications.
o Ability to communicate effectively.
o Attention to detail.
o Support Go-Live events
