IS Systems Administrator Location: Hybrid- Boston (2 days a week in our Boston Office). Why are we hiring an IS Systems Administrator? We are hiring an Systems Administrator as we continue to grow our IS team!The IS Systems Administrator is responsible for providing support to internal customers and following requests through to resolution. They are also responsible for running IS Projects as assigned by IS Management. Whos Instem? Responding to requests for assistance from internal users ensuring problems are resolved quickly and efficiently. Organising external support and sourcing spare parts to ensure timely resolutions Responsibility for larger and more complex infrastructure projects working independently and with other team members to meet project goals and timelines Responsibility for either geographic or entire functional aspects of our infrastructure Supervising of IS Systems Engineers Adherence to the Companys Quality Management System to ensure that all work is handled Securely, Professionally and Diligently. Skills, Knowledge & Experience: In-depth knowledge of specialist operating systems, packages and services Familiarity with relevant technical information resources Relevant professional qualifications/certification PLEASE NOTE: This role is a Fixed Term Contract.
