JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for assisting in maintenance and repairs of HVAC and refrigeration units.
• Knowledge of State and County HVAC Codes necessary for License and Inspection.
• Ensures compliance with all Federal, State, and Local Laws and OSHA Regulations.
• Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.
• Promotes outstanding customer relations.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

• Two (2) years experience in HVAC and refrigeration operations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to successfully complete and maintain the background check and licensing process, required by the Delaware Lottery during employment.
• Must be able to lift fifty (50) lbs. without difficulty.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work in extremes of weather, on roofs, ladders, and scaffolding.
• Must be able to remain flexible in an environment of constant change.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
