We pioneered the Composable Customer Data Platform (CDP), which lets companies use their own data warehouse to collect, prepare, and activate customer data for marketing personalization and business operations. As our Human Resources Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving organizational excellence and ensuring every team operates at its highest potential. Reporting directly to our co-founders and co-CEOs, you’ll be a strategic partner in aligning the company around our goals, vision, and culture. You’ll help shape and scale our impact-driven environment, making Hightouch a place where people do the best work of their careers.
This is a highly collaborative, strategic role based in either San Francisco or New York.
The salary range for this role is $160,000–$220,000 USD per year, location-independent per our remote-first compensation policy. We also offer meaningful equity in the form of ISO options, including early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
