Job Description
The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources Manager in the areas of HR reporting, recruitment, employee file creation and maintenance, attendance, benefits administration, employee development, terminations and employee relations. You will be of service to all employees and all stores as needed.

Q. Treats members of the public and coworkers in a courteous and non-discriminatory manner and maintains a professional demeanor while on the job. Never use profanity.
R. Adheres to the dealership’s sexual harassment/non-discrimination policies and the other policies in the dealership handbook.
S. Maintain ongoing compliancy with Car Pros Policies and Procedures via CompliGo.
T. Assist with scheduling employee trainings
Qualifications
PC literacy (MS Office)
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communications skills
Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
Bachelor's degree in related field
Valid CA Drivers License

Pay: $23-$25/hr
