Job Overview:

The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions within the organization. The role requires a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates for various positions within the organization
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to ensure candidates meet minimum qualifications
• Schedule and conduct in-person interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for the role
• Manage the interview process by coordinating with hiring managers, preparing interview questions, and conducting follow-up interviews as necessary
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on the recruitment process and best practices
• Negotiate salary and benefits packages with selected candidates and prepare job offers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting sources, such as job boards, staffing agencies, and professional organizations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or a related HR function
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment law
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software

Working Conditions: The HR Recruiter typically works in an office environment and may require occasional travel to attend job fairs or other recruitment events. They may also be required to work extended hours to meet recruitment goals and deadlines.
