The Work:Create and lead marketing strategy for a luxury brand hotel with multiple F&B outletsTraditional and non-traditional marketing techniquesManage reputation platforms, digital marketing strategy, PR, Community outreach +Manage, hire, train, lead and delegate marketing staff and vendorsSpecial events creationWebsite and social media managementOther duties as requestedWhat you've already done (requirements):5+ years of experience as a Marketing Director with a full service independent luxury and/or upper scale independent hotelOnline and traditional marketingPR and Community marketingEvent planning is a plusContent management and web analyticsOral communicator at all levels internally and externallyAbility in written communicationsTeam player with the ability to multi-taskExcellence in business ethics and integrityBachelor's degree, preferredCompensation: Yearly salary base range of 100k - 130k plus bonus.Location: Office located on property in Orange County.
