Our busy real estate team is looking for a stellar director of sales and marketing to oversee our real estate team and affiliate operations like Title. We need someone ready to be the voice of our brand and manage the marketing budget to enable the development of property-specific campaigns, promotions, and collateral to generate revenue and meet potential recruits for our real estate team and title operations. Our ideal candidate has exceptional communication and sales skills and has previous real estate experience and understands what it takes to succeed in this industry. • Hire, train, and motivate your team to provide better customer service to your clients
• Use marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other ways to actively pursue new business
• Grow real estate agent loyalty while also generating new business by nurturing potential prospects

Qualifications:

• Computer skills are needed for this position, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Minimum of 5 or more years experience in sales and marketing with some experience in sales management
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies and best practices
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Minimum of 5 or more years experience in real estate sales and marketing with some experience in sales management
