The Hospital Pharmacy Manager will have the opportunity to play a key Pharmacy Leadership role in a well-established hospital located in the coastal region of New Jersey. This Hospital Pharmacy Manager reports directly to the Hospital Director of Pharmacy. You’ll work closely with other Leaders across clinical and operational teams to ensure that Pharmacy services are effectively integrated into patient care processes, and that safety, efficiency, and quality remain at the forefront of our efforts. Additionally, you'll have the full support of the Pharmacy Manager, Pharmacy Supervisors, and Clinical Pharmacy staff, working collaboratively to drive positive change and meet department goals. The pharmacy department, with its strong focus on clinical excellence, is at the forefront of enhancing patient care. As the Hospital Pharmacy Manager you'll play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department, ensuring strict compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards. You'll lead and mentor a dynamic team of pharmacists and technicians, contribute to the enhancement of clinical pharmacy services, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care. Key responsibilities include managing the pharmacy budget, inventory, and staff development, while driving ongoing improvements in operational efficiency. Having a PGY1 or PGY2 is highly preferred but not required.
