The Opportunity Description We're looking for a Healthcare Recruiter , working in Healthcare Systems and Services industry in 1101 E South River St, Appleton, Wisconsin, 54915, United States . Make prospecting calls/connections and follow up on all leads. Build and manage a healthy pipeline of healthcare professionals. Qualify healthcare professionals by reviewing experience and confirming licenses and certifications. Conduct virtual interviews and discuss general/available contract opportunities. Obtain and verify completed nurse applications. Conduct reference checks on qualified candidates. Assign all appropriate checklists, testing, and compliance items that are required. Create healthcare professional profiles for submittal to clients. Qualify healthcare professionals and create pay packages based on desired location/s. Submit healthcare professionals to clients based on their current or potential needs through email or client specific database. Document submittal into company's database. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
