Pay Rate: $26.00 - $28.00/hr on W2

It offers different types of health care coverage plans that include individual and family, dental and vision, plans for employers, etc.

Job Description:

Temporary 2-3 month engagement to cover a LOA.
The incumbent will be responsible for excellent customer service to our policy holders via phone, web-based LiveChat and email.
Responsibilities will include coordinating and support the processing and handling of policy changes for existing policyholders and answering questions or resolving concerns.
This is a detail oriented, fast-paced role and is critical to providing best-in-class service to our policyholder customers.

Top 3 Required Skills/Experience –

Excellent customer service with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sense of urgency with the ability to work under pressure
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple assignments

Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:

Minimum of 3 years of insurance office experience
1-2 years customer service experience
Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
Strong time management skills
Proficient with computer applications including MicroSoft Office

Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:

Experience with CRM software
Agent health license or LTCP designation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible with the ability to react to changing priorities

Education/Certifications – Include:

Bachelor's degree preferred
