**Responsibilities**
Responsibilities:
+ Contact participants eligible for enrollment in the program and provide necessary health coaching to reduce or eliminate high-risk behaviors.
+ Establish goals with clients to improve health and quality of life in both group and individual settings.
+ Support external coaching programs by assisting with program needs assessment, recommending and implementing coaching program designs and evaluating and revising coaching programs as needed.
+ Facilitate various coaching groups and teach classes on health coaching themes.
**Requirements**
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
**Additional Preferences**
+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
+ Strong networking and collaboration skills
+ Demonstrated ability to work on a team
+ Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
+ Demonstrated computer skills (e.g., Microsoft or google suite)
+ Strong social media knowledge and skills
+ Child Passenger Safety Technician Certification (preferred)
