Job Title: General Manager – Upscale Mexican Restaurant

About the Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead daily operations at a high-volume, full-service Mexican restaurant in Scottsdale. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who is passionate about hospitality, team development, and delivering an exceptional guest experience rooted in authentic cuisine and vibrant culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all front- and back-of-house operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality service and food execution

• Drive top-line sales and manage controllables including labor, COGS, and inventory

• Lead, coach, and develop a strong management team and hourly staff

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all health regulations

• Execute local marketing strategies and community engagement initiatives

• Foster a welcoming and energetic environment aligned with the brand’s identity and guest expectations

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service or upscale casual concept (Mexican cuisine experience a plus)

• Proven track record of driving sales and profitability

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Experience with scheduling, forecasting, and P&L management

• Passion for hospitality and team culture
