At our Forsyth location , we’re looking for a General Manager who lives and breathes hospitality, thrives in high-energy environments, and leads with intention. What You’ll Do:

• Lead the Beat : Oversee daily operations and energize your team to deliver five-star service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Own the Outcome : Be hands-on in all aspects—kitchen, front-of-house, guest engagement, prep, cleaning, inventory.
• Uphold Culinary Integrity : Ensure consistency, freshness, and presentation standards of all menu items made with a thousand degrees of flavor.
• Develop Talent : Hire, train, coach, and grow a diverse team that reflects our values of respect, hustle, and excellence.
• Drive Results : Manage P&L, control costs, optimize labor, and implement systems that ensure long-term success.
• Build Community : Lead local store marketing (LSM), respond to guest feedback, and cultivate lasting relationships with your customer base.
• Create Culture : Foster a positive, inclusive, high-performance environment where everyone feels connected and motivated.

What You Bring:

• 1-3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fast-casual or high-volume concepts
• Culinary proficiency and a passion for chefy, quality-driven food
• Strong leadership and communication skills; a natural motivator and mentor
• Ability to balance strategy with hustle—you’re comfortable on the line or in a P&L spreadsheet
• A guest-first mindset and obsession with exceeding expectations
• Inventory, cost control, scheduling, and operations expertise
• Tech-savvy with POS, scheduling software, and restaurant management platforms
• An “ownership mentality”—you treat the store like it’s your own
