From your PASSION to oursOur Packagers minimum hourly wage is $17 (or more depending on experience), plus shift differentials. Several opportunities available on all shifts. Full-time.From your EXPERTISE to oursKey responsibilities for this position includeWorks on assigned line to assist with packaging of yogurt containers by way of machine and / or hand packing.Upholds quality, safety, and cleanliness standards within designated areas.Communicates with other team members to ensure efficient plant operators.Set-up oncoming shift for successful run.Expected to perform any duties necessary to support the team.Obtain information necessary to perform duties at pre-shift and post-shift meetings with off-going associates.Vigilantly monitor equipment operations for indications of impending problems and possible operational improvements. Packaging associates are responsible for satisfactorily operating the corrugator and palletizer machines.From your STORY to oursQualified applicants will contribute the following:Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent.Skills / Abilities / KnowledgeStrong mechanical aptitude.Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
