JOB DESCRIPTION - "Senior Project Manager
with ice cream-making and packaging experience
• Previous experience leading Facility Improvements and capital planning in Factory Environment
* Assures safety implementation of projects plan
* Leads meetings, workshops, and any other type of tools for understanding business needs from all stakeholders involved
* Lead development of SOW for every Subproject identified and discussed with the client's Team
* Defines technical and resource requirements for implementation
• Prepares CapEx project proposals including goals, technical scope, time frame, budget, project team, regulatory permits and endorsements, general contract management, preliminary risk assessment, and start-up and commissioning requirements.
• Prepare and maintain a master project plan with User Requirement Specifications based on inputs from Site teams
• Develop RFP scopes and deliverables for onshore/offshore resource and project proposal estimates
• project activity planning and management, risk management, documentation requirements
Additional requirements
* Liaison with Site and Global Leadership Team assuring all project metrics are aligned with client needs - (KPIs, such as cost savings, equipment efficiency, operational expenditure, Capital-related expenses, Sustainability, and business strategy)
* Develop Risk assessment and keep actions tracking
* Elaborate Preliminary plan for execution of projects and scope of work delivery.
* Task/resource planning and management

* Develop technical SOW at the Idea level for all projects identified
