We’re seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to partner with technology leadership and help drive smart, data-informed decisions. This is a high-impact role that blends finance, technology, and project oversight, providing visibility into key business initiatives and ensuring investments deliver measurable value.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner closely with technology and project leaders to build annual budgets and multi-year financial plans.
  • Monitor spending, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses to guide decisions on technology investments.
  • Track capital and operating expenditures at the project level, ensuring accurate forecasts and accruals.
  • Prepare clear, actionable reports and dashboards for executives.
  • Support vendor contract and invoice management.
  • Help improve financial governance processes for technology initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • 3–5 years of financial analysis experience, ideally supporting technology or IT functions.
  • Strong forecasting, modeling, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of GAAP, project accounting, and capital vs. operating expense classifications.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) preferred.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and proactive in managing priorities.
