Position Overview:

What We’re Looking For…

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Finance & Accounting Clerk to join our team. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently as well as collaboratively, and is eager to take initiative while adapting to shifting priorities. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in administrative and accounting functions, with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Position Responsibilities :

• Perform bank reconciliations and manage bank account transfers
• Handle payroll processing and related functions
• Draft and review procedures and documentation
• Prepare client invoices and generate financial reports
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Support month-end general ledger closing
• Track and manage fixed assets
• Coordinate supply purchasing for the production environment
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the finance team

Required Qualifications :

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in finance or accounting; proficiency with accounting software highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
• Comfortable navigating online banking platforms
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Benefits & Schedule

• Training/Probationary Period: 520 hours as a temp, with permanent placement thereafter
• Benefits: Eligible upon conversion to permanent status
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (in-office)
