JOB PREVIEW: 

1. Work with an incredible team in a clean, fast-paced environment
2. Build genuine relationships with our guests by delivering exceptional guest service and operational excellence at every interaction
3. Safely and clearly direct guests at every station throughout the site, with a smile and wave
4. Assist in the daily upkeep and maintenance of the overall site
5. Follow all Radiant Express Car Wash company policies, safety procedures and brand standards

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must be at least 18 years old
2. An outgoing personality with strong communication and leadership skills
3. Excellent guest service skills
4. Operate with respect and integrity
5. Be eager to learn, develop new skills and lead a shift
6. Comfortable working outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
7. Fluent in English
8. Flexible schedule availability
9. Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
10. General knowledge of maintenance tools and hardware
