About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director for Strategic Initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the college's strategy, initiatives, and the implementation of policies to ensure that institutional goals are met. This leadership role involves comprehensive management of data collection, analysis, and application, as well as directing research and data analysis staff. The Executive Director will work closely with senior staff to implement strategic planning, assessment, and grant-funded initiatives, and to ensure compliance with all relevant requirements. Essential duties include defining project scopes, managing expectations, generating impact metrics, and overseeing the life cycle of major projects. The role also requires a proactive approach to data management, in-depth data analysis, and driving collaboration between departments to improve institutional systems and student outcomes. Applicants for the Executive Director position must have a Master's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of work experience in higher education. Advanced training in research design and quantitative analysis, proficiency in data manipulation and visualization, and a strong background in program and institutional accreditation are essential. The role demands excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work within a culturally diverse environment. The Executive Director will be expected to work some evenings and weekends and may be required to travel. The position is pivotal in ensuring that the college's strategic initiatives are effectively implemented and that the institution is in compliance with all necessary regulations.
