Details:

· Type: Full Time Position

· Hybrid: Remote and In Person (Denver, CO)

· Base Salary: $45-$60K (based on experience) + Incentives

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, experienced Executive & Administrative Assistant to support our leadership and team. This role is critical in managing a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment where clear direction isn't always defined. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, personable, proactive, and capable of figuring out solutions independently, creating systems, and establishing standard operating procedures as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a frontline point of contact, build relationships and create positive experiences with our clients.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to executives and team members
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and communications across multiple projects and priorities
  • Assist in developing new systems, workflows, and SOPs to improve efficiency and standardize processes
  • Think creatively to resolve issues quickly and implement innovative solutions in a startup environment
  • Coordinate client interactions and ensure smooth communication channels
  • Manage and update CRM and other project management tools
  • Draft, review, and draft correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Work cross-functionally, helping shape best practices and streamline operations
  • Support team growth by identifying areas for process improvement and automation
  • Take ownership of tasks, managing up and across teams to keep projects moving forward

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in administrative support, project management, or a similar role—preferably in a startup or fast-moving environment
  • Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, solve problems creatively, and develop new systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Experience managing communications within CRM systems and other tools
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects independently and driving tasks to completion
  • Resilient, adaptable, and open to learning new skills and processes
  • Friendly, personable, professional, and able to work effectively in a team
  • A self-starter who can operate without a detailed roadmap and navigate uncertainty
  • Analyst and Business Strategy Experience a HUGE plus
