Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Torrance, CA
Compensation: $23.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Position Overview:

A leading national food service company based in Torrance, CA is seeking a Data Analyst to join its growing team. This role will focus on gathering, interpreting, and analyzing data to support business decisions across multiple departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with large data sets, and able to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from internal systems and external sources
• Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement
• Work closely with operations, sales, and supply chain teams to support data-driven decision-making
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across systems
• Assist in automating reporting processes where possible

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or related field preferred
• 1+ year of experience in a data-focused role (internships included)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, charts, etc.)
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
