This position offers exciting challenges that demand strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a collaborative mindset. From entry-level to senior roles, we are seeking talented professionals to support Wet Clean, CMP, Scrubbers, Grinders, Saws, and other Fab Finish equipment.

Your Responsibilities Bring your critical thinking and technical expertise to:
- Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on semiconductor equipment, ensuring peak performance and reliability.
- Analyze tool data to recommend and implement maintenance improvements.
- Collaborate with engineers to design and execute equipment enhancement projects.
- Improve system performance to meet process requirements and reduce repetitive tool breakdowns.
What Were Looking For We value a mix of technical skills, teamwork, and initiative. To excel in this role, youll need:
- Associates degree in a technical field, military electronics training, or prior wafer fab technician experience.
- Strong mechanical and electronic knowledge.
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid teamwork and time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Physical capability to meet job demands: standing/walking for up to 12 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
Preferred Experience Familiarity with any of the following equipment is a plus:
- Thin Films CVD : Novellus Concept Two (C-2), Mattson Aspen II, SPTS fxP Delta, or similar platforms.
- Thin Films IMPLANT : Varian, Axcelis Implanters (Axcelis 8200, GSD AMAT/Varian E-500).
- Thin Films Sputter Deposition (PVD) : Trikon Sigma 200, Aviza/SPTS fxP Sigma, AMAT Endura, or equivalent systems.
- Etch HDP : Aviza/SPTS fxP Sigma, AMAT HDP cluster tools, or other modern platforms.
