Job Description
These techs will go through a 8 week training course. Throughout training, this individual will ride with a lead. After they complete training they will get a truck, fuel card, and meters to complete jobs. These techs will be working with customers on a daily basis. Typically they will complete 3-5 jobs a day and will have a schedule before starting their day. They will be required to get tools on their own. These techs will be working in residential settings and will need to be able to talk to customers.
Training will teach them everything they need to know.

This individual will need to be someone who is looking to start a career in the OSP/fiber industry and is looking for a long term opportunity. Our company is looking for someone who believes in culture in the work place. Culture is most important to them and they believe the skills needed can be taught, but attitude and effort cannot. High motivation, a desire to work, professionalism and high maturity level, and a sense of pride. Great communication and interpersonal skills.
**They will be required to get tools on their own.

Work Environment
This individual will have direct communication with the customer. They will need to have great communication skills and the ability to walk the customer through the steps of connecting the device to the system.
Indoor Techs: Khaki pants with no holes. Collared shirt that is provided. All PPE is provided. Professionalism is a must.
