The Entry-Level Personal Assistant will provide administrative and personal support to company executives, ensuring their schedules, communications, and tasks are efficiently managed. This role requires excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities:
* Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.

* Prepare meeting materials and take minutes during meetings.
* Coordinate with internal departments to address executive requests.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Minimum requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
