Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Brand Ambassador to represent our nonprofit clients in the community. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting the nonprofit’s mission, increasing awareness, and engaging with potential donors, volunteers, and supporters at local events. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a key role in building the nonprofit's brand presence and strengthening its connection to the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent and promote nonprofit clients at community events , fundraising initiatives, and public engagements.
  • Engage with local communities to spread awareness about the nonprofit’s mission, goals, and upcoming initiatives.
  • Foster relationships with potential donors, volunteers, and supporters, encouraging ongoing involvement.
  • Distribute promotional materials and information to increase visibility and participation in nonprofit events.
  • Assist in the setup and execution of events, ensuring all event logistics are managed smoothly.
  • Provide feedback and insights from events to help improve marketing strategies and outreach efforts.
  • Help create a positive and energetic atmosphere at events, ensuring attendees have a great experience.
  • Track engagement data, such as event attendance, donations, and volunteer sign-ups, and report results to internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Full-time availability is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
  • Passion for working with nonprofit organizations and supporting their missions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving tasks and priorities.
  • Positive, self-motivated , and enthusiastic attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
  • 2-year or 4-year degree in marketing, communications, nonprofit management, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Previous experience in customer service , sales , or event coordination is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently when needed.
