Entry Level Accountant's Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable , including reviewing invoices, issuing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Manage bill payments , ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Post and reconcile checks and assist with general ledger entries.
• Assist in financial reporting, budget tracking, and month-end close processes .
• Validate employee timecards to ensure accuracy before payroll processing.
• Assist with payroll processing , including deductions, benefits, and compliance with payroll regulations.
• Support employee onboarding , including new hire paperwork and background checks.
• Maintain and update HR records , ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and HR policies .
• Assist in maintaining organized financial and HR documentation .
• Support leadership with ad hoc accounting projects and administrative tasks .

Entry Level Accountant's Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, payroll laws, and HR practices.
