Compensation: $95,000 - $125,000 per year, based on experience

About the Opportunity

Located in the scenic Columbia Basin of Central Washington, this healthcare organization is seeking an Employee Health Nurse to support employee wellness, health education, and occupational safety across all healthcare locations. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive employee and occupational health services to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and administer employee wellness programs, including immunizations, safety initiatives, and injury prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate health records, notify staff of required health activities (e.g., fit testing, immunizations), and ensure timely completion.
• Track employee injuries and exposures, follow up on incidents, and recommend preventive measures.
• Provide support to HR regarding ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) discussions and offer recommendations for workplace accommodations.
• Collaborate with all departments to support a safe and healthy work environment, fostering productivity and reducing on-the-job injury claims.
• Maintain health supplies inventory, ensure policy updates, and monitor data for regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington.
• Experience: Minimum of three years in employee or occupational health, ideally in healthcare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with multiple departments and provide guidance on health and safety protocols.

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Hours: Full-time, day shift starting at 6 am.
• Salary Range: $95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience.
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including a $15,000 sign-on bonus for a two-year commitment and relocation assistance.
