What you'll do:

Be a guide for members: Assist members with understanding the eligibility process and completing applications.
Provide exceptional customer service: Treat every member with compassion and respect, ensuring they have a positive experience.
Gather and submit documentation: Help members gather and submit any necessary documents to maintain their eligibility.
Stay up-to-date: Continuously learn about eligibility requirements and resources to provide the best possible support.
Collaborate with colleagues: Work effectively with other team members to ensure all member needs are met.
Contribute to a positive work environment: Build strong relationships with colleagues and promote a collaborative spirit.
What you'll bring to the table:

Bilingual fluency in Mandarin or Vietnamese and English is a must!
At least two years of experience in Medicaid eligibility is preferred.
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential.
A strong understanding of eligibility requirements is a plus.
A high school diploma or GED is required.
A valid driver's license is a must.
