We partner with brands that are tired of churning through agencies and are ready to get serious about hyper-scaling to 8 and 9 figures with proven systems.

The Role

We’re looking for someone with immense ecommerce and marketing knowledge to help support fast-growing brands by optimizing their stores for growth. This is a high impact role where you’ll be working with our Growth Team on the strategies to grow 7-8 figure brands. This role is not for someone who wants to take it easy.

You’ll be pivoting a lot and working alongside myself and our growth strategists to help lay the infrastructure for growth within the brands that we work with. You need to love solving hard problems, be technically savvy, as well as enjoy jumping from project to project.

What You'll Do

• Audit ecommerce stores end-to-end and build high-impact optimization plans to increase CVR, AOV, and retention using tools like Shopify, Rebuy, and Hotjar
• Lead live strategy sessions to diagnose funnel leaks, UX bottlenecks, and underperforming touchpoints—then rapidly prototype solutions
• Present clear, actionable frameworks for CRO, upsells, LTV boosts, and personalized flows using Klaviyo, Postscript, and Triple Whale
• Build and prioritize testing roadmaps post-workshop—covering everything from PDP layouts and bundling to checkout and post-purchase flows
• Create repeatable SOPs, templates, and decision trees that strengthen our internal playbook and accelerate store growth across our portfolio
• Lead high-stakes ecommerce intensives as a strategist and facilitator, guiding brands through real-time optimizations and data-backed playbooks

You Might Be The One If...

• You've got 6+ years in ecommerce, DTC, or high-stakes growth roles.
• You've led or consulted on scaling 7–8 figure brands and know what levers to pull.
• You speak fluent Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, Triple Whale, Meta Ads, etc.
• You're a strong communicator who can teach, lead, and influence with clarity.
• You're a systems thinker who loves breaking big problems into scalable SOPs.
• You're energized by fast-paced environments and real-time decision-making.
• You're open to relocate to Charlotte, NC at a later date and build something big with us.
