Job Description

Our client, one of the worlds leading music companies, is looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Manager to join their team in Santa Monica, California.

*This is a 3 month W2 contract*

In this role, you will oversee customer acquisition and retention efforts, ensuring targeting and messaging are personalized and effective. The manager is looking for someone with a strong grasp of full-funnel marketing strategy and execution across owned, earned, and paid channels.

What You Will Be Doing

• Work closely with VP, eCommerce (Commercial) and the Sr. Manager, eCommerce to develop and grow store brands through strategic marketing campaigns aligned with product launches, anniversaries, reissues, and cultural moments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, media planners, store managers, and customer experience to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Assist in building out and optimizing the loyalty program(s) and how it is utilized to engage repeat customers
• Coordinate campaigns with Sr. Director & Director of Media Planning to ensure marketing campaigns and advertising strategies are aligned, as well as ensure the Media planning team has consistent fresh creative to maximize results and ROAS

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of eCommerce and digital marketing experience
• Understanding of fan behavior, cultural marketing and how to authentically connect artists to audience
• Proficient with marketing tools such as Klaviyo, Attentive, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
• Analytical thinker with fluency in performance metrics, attribution, testing, and A/B experimentation
