Drywall Estimator - Hospitality, High Rise, Multi-Family
Location: Palmetto, Manatee County
Salary: $110,000-$120,000 per annum + Bens
A leading commercial drywall contractor have recently opened a NEW office in the Manatee County and are looking for a number of experienced Drywall Estimators to build the team. There are already 8-10 projects awaiting the successful Estimator to get stuck right into across high rise towers, multi-family builds and hospitality projects.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of estimating experience and a strong background in the commercial drywall sector, with a focus on large-scale and specialized construction projects. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy in cost estimation, and expertise in bid preparation are crucial for this role.
As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for developing precise and competitive estimates for drywall-related projects, from initial bidding to project completion. You will collaborate closely with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Projects are across from Orlando down to Naples and will offer the Estimator real variety to allow them to grow in the role.
My client is looking to move immediately with this, and the interview process will be a 2-stage interview, with the 1st stage being with the Vice President and the 2nd able to be booked in via Zoom/Teams with the Director of Operations.
