Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Solar Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and guiding them through the installation process. As a Solar Consultant, you will leverage your sales skills and technical knowledge to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. Responsibilities
Engage with potential customers through door-to-door outreach and community events to promote solar energy solutions. Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and provide customized solar energy proposals. Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain customer relationships. Demonstrate excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure sales while maintaining company standards. Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution from sale to completion. Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities to effectively communicate value propositions. Experience Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector. Strong sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus. Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with diverse clientele. Previous experience in door-to-door sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
