Status: Full-time, Onsite

Location: Warehouse – Morrow, GA

United Gaming is constantly pursuing innovative strategies that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our service response. We are driven by a customer-centric mentality. As dispatcher, we require that you maintain the service technicians’ daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. We also expect you to schedule return trips with customers when circumstances dictate. As well as, maintain United Gaming’s customer database with current information.

Being successful in this position you must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with department managers, employees and company customers, including keeping customers apprised as to changing schedules and requested lead-times. A professional and multitasker, you will very often be the “face” of United Gaming with our customers. As an ideal candidate, you would be very detail-oriented, and able to track multiple technicians at any given time.

What You'll Do:

• Process incoming customer calls
• Assess the situation and prioritize calls
• Schedule and coordinate all service calls, as calls are received
• Proactively address service problems and suggest solutions
• Create and log dispatch tickets for all service calls
• Dispatch service technicians, one call at a time
• Debrief technicians after completion of each call
• Coordinate the “new day’s” scheduling with United Gaming’s after-hours team
• Maintain the dispatch schedule
• Forecast workload for 2 to 3 days out
• Apprise and update customers of technician arrival status
• Diagnose and communicate the nature of the calls to the technicians
• Provide reporting to upper management

Skills and Qualifications:

• Computer skills
• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Working understanding of the cities and towns in Georgia
• Hands-on experience working in stressful situations
• Critical thinker with problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Great interpersonal and communication skills

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (in office)
• Some weekends (remote)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Dispatching: 2 years (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
