Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Director of Development & Fundraising Strategy to lead our fundraising and donor relations efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of donors, cultivating new sponsorships, and supporting fundraising events to drive the success of the foundation. You will work closely with the Head of the Foundation to implement strategies for increasing donations, engaging with key stakeholders, and ensuring that our mission continues to grow and succeed. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, particularly focused on youth development, and have a proven track record of securing significant contributions.
