• $200,000+ Base Salary (DOE)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Dentist (DMD/DDS)

• General Dentistry
• Federally Qualified Health Center
• Approximately 15 Patients per Day
• Hygienists and Dental Assistants on Staff
• EMR: eClinicalWorks

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Dentist (DMD/DDS)

• Board Certified or Board Eligible

COMMUNITY Dentist (DMD/DDS)
