They are seeking a Data Engineer to design and develop data, metrics, and reporting platforms, implementing automated data solutions to support their scientists, analysts, and engineers. Responsibilities Implement solutions for data storage, reporting, science and analytics. Incorporate big data solutions to enhance machine learning, analytics and reporting capabilities. Monitor and troubleshoot operational or data issues in the data pipelines. Setup internal dashboard tools for data visualization Work across teams to gather requirements for data logging, storing, transforming, and reporting, and build scalable solutions. Qualification Required 2+ years of data engineering experience 2+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience Knowledge of distributed systems as it pertains to data storage and computing Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines Experience working on and delivering end to end projects independently Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby Experience with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. Preferred Experience with AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda, and IAM roles and permissions Experience with non-relational databases / data stores (object storage, document or key-value stores, graph databases, column-family databases) Knowledge of batch and streaming data architectures like Kafka, Kinesis, Flink, Storm, Beam Seniority level Seniority level Entry level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Industries Software Development Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Jobright.ai by 2x Inferred from the description for this job Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Get notified when a new job is posted.
