Location: In-Person (1660 Embassy W Dr Dubuque, IA 52002)
Compensation: $14.81/hour
Schedule: Flexible between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday, based on academic availability

About the RoleAre you passionate about data and eager to gain hands-on experience in a real-world setting? We're looking for a Data Intern to join our team and support our data analytics and business intelligence initiatives. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to work on impactful projects, develop technical and professional skills, and collaborate with experienced data professionals.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from a variety of sources
Conduct data analysis to help drive business decisions
Create and refine data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI
Work with multiple datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights
Support ongoing analytics initiatives and ad hoc reporting needs
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and organizational abilities
Familiarity with data visualization platforms like Power BI or Metabase is a plus
Direct experience working with real business data
Exposure to industry tools and methodologies
One-on-one mentorship and professional development support
