Pay: $17 - $19 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Be Doing:

• You’ll be the friendly voice on the other end of the phone, answering questions and offering support to our members about their health insurance plans.
• You’ll help solve problems, find the best plan alternatives, and ensure that our members feel heard and taken care of.
• While most of your calls will be inbound, there will be some outbound calls to follow up with members
• You'll also provide information about billing, claims, benefits, and other plan details, ensuring our members have all the info they need to make informed decisions about their healthcare.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish? That’s a plus, but not required!
• Previous experience in customer service is great, especially if you’ve worked in a call center or have sales experience, but it’s not a must. We’ll provide all the training you need to succeed.
• Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others are key to being successful in this role.
• Ability to stay organized and focused while working remotely. You’ll have the flexibility to work from home, but we need you to be self-motivated and reliable.
