Job Posting: Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Associate (French/English)

Location: Northvale, NJ (On-site)

Position Type: Full-Time

Hourly Pay: $23.00 - $25.00

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer support through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
• Translate documents or communications between French and English when required.
• Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to offer accurate assistance.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field (2+ years preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to work on-site in Northvale, NJ, during regular business hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
