About the Role:
We're looking for a CRO Optimization Specialist with a strong Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) background and strong front-end engineering skills to take full technical ownership of our booking flow optimization. This role Growth Engineer role with CRO goes beyond analysis—you'll design, build, and deploy high-impact A/B tests and conversion enhancements directly within our Webflow environment, using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. You'll function as a self-sufficient growth engineer , leading technical CRO initiatives end-to-end without needing engineering support.
