The Role You Play
Supervises day-to-day operations of 24/7 Crisis Stabilization Unit and crisis department. Supports staff, provides disciplinary, training and corrective feedback, maintains staffing needs and schedule, maintains policies and procedures of CSU. Provides agency and community support and education regarding mental health services and resources in the community.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate is experienced with healthcare operations and has a vision and drive to match Pawnee’s upcoming development as an organization. They should have the desire and expertise to balance high-quality client care with business needs and responsibilities. This position also requires the ability to be on-call as it will co-supervise our 24/7 Crisis operations.
