This position is full time, requires a hybrid work schedule, and is only available in New York City.
Responsibilities:
Were looking for a Creative Director (Art) to join our rising team. The successful candidate will be ambitious, hard-working, and dedicated to telling stories that stop people in their scroll. Youll take pride in your work, show initiative, and go the extra mile to ensure that our clients are served in the best way possible. Were looking for self-starters with creative agency experience who are willing to work collaboratively and quickly with our squad. Excellent organizational skills are imperative. Shape and develop cohesive narratives, maximizing the quality of our output
Ideate and develop breakthrough concepts, setting an example for the team

Review and refine briefs, project plans and staffing across projects
Act as a true team player - willing to take on any creative task, big or small.
Requirements:
8+ Years design experience in art direction/design
Experience successfully leading creative projects from ideation through to execution
Comfort working cross discipline
Driven by the creative landscape of social media
Comfortable with complex assignments and collaborating within a diverse team
Visually led skill set, with ability to oversee ideation and presentations
Experience project managing deliverables and organizing resources
Entrepreneurial spirit and a style that inspires
Bachelor's degree

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $160K-$200K and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance (health, dental, and vision), retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for New York City based hires only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law.
