AWS/CES is looking for a CPA/Accountant Location: Miami, FL Employment Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time Salary: $80,000+ per year, plus full benefits package Job Description: We are seeking a skilled CPA/Accountant to join our team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of tax experience and be proficient in UltraTax software. This position offers day shift hours on-site. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review individual tax returns, including Form 1040 and 1040NR Prepare and review business tax returns, including 1120, 1120-S (S-Corps), and 1065 (Partnerships) Handle international tax forms such as 5471 and 5472 Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international tax regulations Conduct detailed tax analysis and identify tax-saving opportunities Maintain organized tax documentation for internal records and audits Communicate effectively with clients to clarify information and answer questions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate tax filings Stay updated on latest tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements Qualifications: CPA license or CPA-eligible (actively pursuing licensure) Minimum 3 years of tax preparation and review experience Proficiency with UltraTax software is required Strong understanding of U.S. federal and international tax codes Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's in Taxation a plus) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines Preferred Skills: Experience with international clients and tax structures Familiarity with multi-entity accounting and reporting Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus To Apply: Please submit your resume to leslie@canadianexecutivesearch.com CESDH Canadian Executive Search Group Inc
