Bishop & Co. is recruiting for a Corporate Wellness Advisor position with a health insurance company in the downtown Honolulu area!

• Creates and facilitates wellness programs and designs related marketing materials
• Plans and facilitates health fairs, onsite screenings, vaccination clinics, and other client events
• Assists members with health and wellness issues
• Prepares, coordinates and delivers health utilization data and reports to clients
• Delivers wellness-related public presentations.

• High school degree or GED is required. College degree; one year of experience in health education, health promotion, wellness, or a related area; and/or one year of medical experience are preferred.
• Medical Assistant, Registered Nurse, or similar clinical certification is preferred.
• Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong customer service, organizational, analytical, time management, and verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, flexible, adaptable, and able to consistently meet timelines
• Able to plan and execute assignments and work independently and in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license, no-fault automobile insurance, and vehicle are required

• Position Type: Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire 
• Schedule:  
  o Monday-Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (1-hour lunch break)
  o In-office every workday during training (minimum 6 months). Once training is completed, a hybrid schedule is subject to approval.
  o As an exempt position, responsibilities will require an adjusted work schedule, overtime, and non-business or weekend hours.
  
• Parking: available in building, 70% of cost covered. Responsible for the remaining 30%, which is currently $80.00 per month and may be paid semi-monthly.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and no-fault auto insurance
• Location:  Honolulu, HI
• Pay: $40K-$60K depending on experience
