The Role:  

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Recruiter with a strong emphasis on self-sourcing candidates across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on identifying and engaging top talent independently, building pipelines, and driving recruitment success without heavy reliance on external agencies. 

What You'll Do: 

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process with a strong focus on self-sourcing talent through LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, niche job boards, professional networks, and other creative channels. 

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates. 

• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future openings. 

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong match with role requirements and company culture. 

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide market insights. 

• Track and report sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and continuously improve results. 

• Represent the company brand professionally and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. 

• Stay up to date on recruiting trends, emerging sourcing tools, and best practices. 

What We're Looking For: 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred). 

• 2+ years of corporate recruiting, talent acquisition, or related HR experience. 

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems. 

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
