Randstad Enterprises is seeking a GxP Content Designer to join a leading pharmaceutical company’s Biomanufacturing site training team in Durham, NC. This role focuses on designing and updating high-quality, compliant training materials to ensure operational excellence. Location: Durham, NC (100% On-Site) Pay Rate: $34/hour Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm (6-month initial contract)Required Skills & Tools:

✔ Instructional Design & Training Development (focus on cGMP, technical skills, supervisory training)✔ E-Learning Tools: Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate✔ Video & Recording Software✔ Microsoft Suite✔ Experience designing assessments, online testing, OJT checklists, surveys, and certifications✔ Collaboration skills to ensure training programs meet compliance and industry best practices

Qualifications:

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field + 2+ years of relevant experience Minimum: Associate degree in a related field + 4+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

✅ Develop and enhance functional training content for Biomanufacturing Operations, aligning with industry standards and compliance requirements.
✅ Collaborate with managers, training teams, manufacturing teams, and SMEs to create engaging learning experiences using modern instructional design principles.
✅ Utilize cutting-edge instructional design approaches to maintain excellence and consistency in training materials.
✅ Support additional learning projects and initiatives as needed.
✅ Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using frameworks like Kirkpatrick’s levels of measurement (I-IV) to drive continuous improvement.
