Construction Superintendent / Site Construction Coordinator
Location: Indiana, PA. 15701
Duration: Approx 9 month assignment

Work hours are from 3pm to 11pm. Mon- Fri. when school is in session. (Daytime hours when school is not in session).
The Project involves energy efficiency upgrades to the MEP, lighting, electrical, and HVAC mechanical systems for 4 school buildings in the Indiana, PA school district.
Must be able to clear the background screenings required for PA School Districts (FBI Check, PA State Police Check, PA Child Abuse Check).
Previous experience in having worked in PA schools in the past is a plus.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsible for oversite of subcontractors, create schedules, reports, paperwork, safety and quality and general duties to assist the project manager in charge.
Enforce jobsite safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings
Investigate, document, and resolve day-to-day field issues
Complete accurate job and progress reports and other job-related project documentation
Help to Develop 2 week look ahead schedules and determine sequencing of work, identify and implement recovery strategies to maintain project schedule.
Provide daily correspondence to the Project Manager related to progress and performance.
Maintain professional working relationships with Owners, Engineers, and Subcontractors
Ability to participate and or lead weekly project meetings with Owners and Subcontractors
Organizing daily activities based on the goals of the project.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-5 years Construction Superintendent / Coordinator related experience.
Ability to work with and knowledge of multiple construction trades.
Ability to proficiently work with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Microsoft Word, and Excel
Have driver's license and own transportation.
Ability to work all shifts and days.
Able to complete PA background checks to work in PA schools.
Have a mobile phone.
